Disclosure & Provision of Personal Information
Personal information provided by the individual will typically not be disclosed or provided to third parties, except in the following instances listed in (a) through (h).
Please note that the Company may provide personal information received from individuals to third parties, such as parent companies and agents, as necessary.
Please see below for details on the items of personal information provided to third parties, means and methods of provision, requests for suspend provision, etc.

- (b)When the Company delegates all or a portion of the handling of personal information to the extent required to achieve the purpose of use
- (c)When personal information is provided owing to business succession, merger or other causes
- (d)When required by laws and regulations
- (e)When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property, and it is challenging to obtain the individual’s agreement
- (f)When it is especially important to improve public health or encourage the healthy upbringing of children, but obtaining the individual’s consent is challenging
- (g)In cases where a national organization, local government or a person entrusted by them cooperates in carrying out the affairs specified by laws and regulations, and when there is a risk that obtaining the individual’s consent may impede the execution of the relevant affairs
- (h)Provision of personal information to a third party without the consent of the individual (when an individual requests to suspend the provision of the personal information to a third party)
Provision of Personal Information Associated with Outsourced Work
We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope of the purpose of use. In this case, the Company will select a subcontractor based on our standards, and in the outsourcing contract will stipulate safety management measures, confidentiality, restrictions on subcontracting and other matters related to the handling of personal information. We will also supervise the subcontractor as needed and appropriate.
