What You Can Request After Providing Personal Information

If an individual makes any of the following requests, we will respond in accordance with the procedures set by the Company.

• 1. Notification of purpose of use of personal information
  An individual can request notification of the purpose of use of their personal information.
• 2. Disclosure of personal information
  An individual has the right to request the disclosure of personal information that they have submitted. We shall disclose such information by electronic methods (email attachment), unless the individual in question chooses otherwise.
• 3. Correction, addition, deletion of personal information
  An individual has the right to request that part or all of their personal information be corrected, added to or deleted. Individuals can also request that their user accounts be deleted from this page for the Company’s smartphone apps, which are available on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). However, we are unable to respond if the information in question has already been disposed of.

• 4. Suspension of use of personal information
  You can request that we suspend the usage of your personal information. However, there may be instances in which you are unable to use all or some of the product features and services offered by the Company. We will stop using your information after explaining this to you and ensuring you understand it.
